DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of each product, returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued. This is due to quality standards as this is a hygienic product.


If an item arrives damaged please send an email directly to info@shopkbnaturals.com along with your order number, your name and a photo of the item and the outside of the package. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. All products that are damaged will be replaced as long as the following criteria is met. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


If there is a quality issue with your purchase please email us and each inquiry will be handled promptly. Ultimately, we want every purchase to be loved! 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All paid orders will ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed over the weekend will began to ship on the following Monday.  We only ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 1–5 business days depending on your location to our shipping orgin. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.


During warmer months it is highly recommended that your product is delivered to a location indoors when ordering Body Butter. Due to the natural properties of the oils, hot temperatures will cause natural Body Butters to melt. We are not responsible if a product melts during transit. 


If a package does not arrive as stated in your tracking please send an email and contact your local postmaster. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail but will do everything in our power to help!


Please be sure to check your shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

International shipping is NOT available at this time. We are able to ship to addresses in the U.S. only.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM SOAP REQUESTS?

There's always the possibility! There are certain things that you can customize depending on the type of soap and size of the order. If you are interested in placing a custom order for personal use or for an event, send a message via our "Contact" page to get the conversation started.

DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?

We're working on it! We will make an announcement when we are able to accept wholesale orders. If you are interested in purchasing wholesale for your business, please send us a message via our "Contact" page with your inquiry.
